Like any web server, the hosting and database providers log technical request data such as IP addresses; that data is not used to identify you and is not linked to your scores. How this is calculated
Each question counts 0 to 4 points. Within a dimension, three questions are normalised to a value from 0 to 100; the overall score is the unweighted mean of the six dimensions. That equal weighting is a deliberate choice, not a weighting derived from evidence. The boundaries between the five levels are set, not derived from comparative data: there is no industry benchmark behind these numbers. What carries meaning is the relationship between the dimensions, not the absolute value.
