Download and get push notification reminders 🔔 for paper📃 and cardboard🗂 waste schedules for more than 700 SWISS 🇨🇭municipalities. Browse more than 70’000 club profiles 🎾⚽️🏌🏽‍♂️🏊‍♂️🏇🏼⛷and if you own a club add events and activity schedules.

Instead of waiting for things to happen, we decided to push the envelope and focus on content that matters for the audience living in Switzerland. Hence we collected waste schedules for paper and cardboard. Data that is not available in a structured form for all municipalities.

On October 22nd finally the App LocalCities is available in the App Store and Google Play. The App offers useful informations such as Swiss local events, local weather forecast for Switzerland, local webcams, local telephone numbers and a directory of small and medium entreprises. The latter rated by their customers. With one click you find school holidays or the waste calendar. LocalCities.ch is not the first project covering user needs related to municipalities, but it covers all 2222 Gemeinden in Switzerland and offers the best possible data quality. The Mobile first Website LocalCities.ch is built as a PWA - Google‘s vision of the app of the future - with some benefits such as super fast load time. You can also add the PWA to your homescreen and it behaves similar to an app. Instagram also relies on this technology.
